In our code of conduct, we have outlined who we are, how we want to be perceived, and how we should act to take care of each other and our customers, partners, and suppliers. We adhere to the same code of conduct as our owner, Dacke Industri, and is one of our most important governing documents.

In doing so, our employees play a crucial role in identifying and rectifying any irregularities. Our whistleblowing service serves as a platform for reporting any actions that violate our Code of Conduct, whether they affect individuals, our organization, society, or the environment. There is no need to have proof of one’s suspicion, but all messages should be made in good faith.
We encourage all employees to first raise concerns with their immediate supervisor. However, if anonymity is preferred or necessary, we provide the option for anonymous reporting and dialogue through an external platform, Navex WhistleB. All reports received through our whistleblowing service are treated with the utmost confidentiality, safeguarded by encryption and password protection.
Messages that have been submitted are processed according to a well-defined procedure, consistent across all companies within Dacke Industri. We ensure anonymity for the reporter, and we strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against whistleblowers.
