In doing so, our employees play a crucial role in identifying and rectifying any irregularities. Our whistleblowing service serves as a platform for reporting any actions that violate our Code of Conduct, whether they affect individuals, our organization, society, or the environment. There is no need to have proof of one’s suspicion, but all messages should be made in good faith.
We encourage all employees to first raise concerns with their immediate supervisor. However, if anonymity is preferred or necessary, we provide the option for anonymous reporting and dialogue through an external platform, WhistleB. All reports received through our whistleblowing service are treated with the utmost confidentiality, safeguarded by encryption and password protection.
Messages that have been submitted are processed according to a well-defined procedure, consistent across all companies within Dacke Industri. We ensure anonymity for the reporter, and we strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against whistleblowers.
