About the job

As a project manager, you will lead our development projects aimed at creating products based on optics and electronics for series production. You will work closely with our customers and play a pivotal role within our development teams.

Job duties

• Coordinate and lead development projects in close collaboration with the customer and our internal technical resources.
• Prepare project documentation (e.g., project plans, project budgets, risk analyses, test plans, and acceptance criteria).
• Provide ongoing project status reports to the customer.
• Participate in steering group activities alongside the business manager.
• Maintain continuous communication with all project stakeholders, including customers, business managers, production, procurement, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager in the development of complex products.
• Extensive experience in product development with a strong understanding of various project methodologies.
• Proven ability to work effectively in teams and lead technical development efforts.
• Proficiency in compiling and presenting project plans and technical information in a clear, educational, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Great proficiency in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

Education (requirement)

University degree or equivalent.
